Millie has spent the better part of a decade building the systems that let businesses scale, and the last several years doing it as an entrepreneur in her own right. Her career spans both sides of the growth equation: inside a fast-scaling global SAAS company, where she rose from customer service associate to Manager leading teams of up to 25, and outside it, building and running her own ventures from the ground up.

That dual vantage point shaped a rare skill set at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people. Whether she's designing SOPs, building out team infrastructure, or translating a client contract into an airtight delivery workflow, Millie brings order to complexity and structure to ambition, the thread running through every role she's held.

She's equally driven by growth in others. Through her advisory and coaching work, Millie has worked with 50+ individuals and business owners, guiding founders from financial confusion to clarity, including one who tripled her income within a year. She holds a degree in Entrepreneurship, but her real expertise comes from having built what she teaches.

Today, Millie brings this operator's instinct and strategic mind to founding and running her own business, building the systems, structure, and relationships that let it scale without losing what makes it work.

Millie leads the operations team which covers Employee Experience, Finance, Compliance and Team Development.
